2001 Grand Masters' Sparkling White (Semillon) - $29
A medium-bodied sparkling produced in 2001 from 100% Queensland Semillon grapes grown in Inglewood, Qld. A fresh, fruity style with good yeast and complexity. For those occasions that call for something special!

2004 Unwooded Chardonnay - $18
A youthful chardonnay showing pear, apple, and citrus aromas of this variety when made without the influence of oak barrels. Popular ready-drinking style. Medium-bodied.

2004 Estate Range Viognier - $26 (Limited Edition - Not for Tasting)
A medium bodied wine made from aging in French and Russian barriques. Made from 100% estate grown grapes, showing complexity from lees and old barrel maturation, zesty-spiced fruit and honey. Will cellar well for three years.

2004 Jacaranda Verdelho - $18
Named for the landmark jacaranda trees that line our entrance driveway, this fresh and distinctive Verdelho is made with full fruity aromas. A grape variety well-suited to the Queensland growing climate this Verdelho is balanced in its honey sweetness with a clean finish and made for immediate drinking. Our best Jacaranda yet!

Red Wines

Served well chilled, this light Queensland Red gives a rose petal and fresh red berry bouquet. It's crisp and quick in the mouth with soft, balanced acid and a lingering fruit finish.

Sparkling Red N.V. - $18The latest trend in
sparkling wine which will continue to grow. A non-vintage blend Shiraz, carefully aged in oak barrels, sparkled and then yeast aged.

A medium bodied dry red, showing plumpness and sweet currant aromas. Longer oak aging and high ripeness in the fruit has produced an intense and rich berry flavoured Merlot.

A style showing richness, softness and finesse from blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot. Made from Inglewood and Granite Belt grapes, aged eighteen months in
