If it is your intention to book, please request a booking contract. Subsequently:

• We require that a booking deposit of $750 ($250 deposit for ceremony without reception) be submitted along with our signed reception contract and/or ceremony booking form. This deposit is payable by cash or personal/bank cheque.

• When we receive your deposit and signed contract we will confirm in writing your wedding date booking.

• We are unable to hold preferred dates or confirm a request for a booking until the required signed contract and booking deposit have been received by Albert River Wines. If booking within six months, both the booking deposit and confirmation deposit (see below) are due with the contract. Indicating date availability at the time of an inquiry is, at no time, to be interpreted as a booking – tentative or otherwise.

• In the event of cancellation, $250 of the booking deposit is non-refundable. Outside of 6 months prior to the booking date, the balance of $500 is refundable. If cancellation occurs within 6 months of the booking date, the balance of $500 is non-refundable. It is, however, transferable to another date (within 12 months and based upon availability), should unforeseen circumstances require you to change your wedding date. A $50 administrative fee applies to each date change.

Public Holidays: A surcharge will apply on public holidays (i.e. Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, Boxing Day, etc.)

Children aged 3 to 11: 50% of the adult tariff. Children aged 12 and over - full tariff. Infants under 3: No Charge.

Underage drinking: As a licensed premises, regulations against under-age drinking are strictly enforced.

Vegetarian/Vegan Meals: With prior notice, we can cater for vegetarian/vegan guests.

One Month Prior:
Final menu selections due.

Two Weeks Prior:
Final guest numbers due. A final account will be sent at this time and this account must be settled no less than five working days prior to the function. Final accounts are to be settled by either cash or bank cheque only.

(Beverage package charges will be part of the final account, unless bar is to be on a cash bar or host tab arrangement. Bar tabs must be settled at the conclusion of the function by either cash or credit card.)

We regret we cannot accept personal cheques for final account payments or bar tabs. Final account is calculated on the final guest numbers provided by the organizer two weeks prior. We can accommodate last minute increases in guest numbers, with the extra-guest account settled on the function day by cash or credit card. However, once final guest numbers are given 14 days prior, they cannot be decreased. In the event of a last minute cancellation, you may of course, make guest substitutions.

One Week Prior:
Seating plan due five working days prior. If seating plans are received late, we cannot confirm availability of placecards. Wedding reception items (i.e. Cake etc.) to be delivered before the function - please phone to arrange a delivery time.
